He began his education in Human Psychology and Growth Mindset early in his life while working in the family farms in Western India. As a young Human Resource Professional, his bosses recognized his passion for helping individuals to excel and get effective in what they do, further encouraged him to develop it. He went on to earn a Master’s in Business Administration, School Psychology and then in Clinical Psychology from Pune University in Maharashtra State, where he graduated and pursued his basic School Education as well.
